  Warm wecome and very nice room. However if you want sea facing extra charge. If you want the use of your safe in your room then extra charge. No hotel I have ever visited has requested this extra charge and quite frankly unacceptable. Breakfast I asked for a soft boiled egg and was told it's not possible. Really??? I would also expect for a 4 star hotel to serve for breakfast herring, smoked salmon or mackerel. No fish at all.

  Evening meal is very good with lots to choose from.Coffee after dinner is charged for.

  A great adults only hotel. Very relaxing. Right on the beach with a walkway stetching right around the coastline. Rooms are very clean, there is also a rooftop terrace with sunbeds, a great place to chill out.

  Although the hotel and staff are nice and helpful, the place itself has (since our last visit) been taken over by German visitors. This has led to the pool area having to be taped off to stop the complete taking over of sun loungers by the pool. They even take the pillows provided by the pool to their rooms to ensure they don't have to go without. It is unlikely I will come here again, as it is a constant fight to find a spare sunbed unless you're by the pool when the tape is removed, and then it's like a race. Not good at all

  Currently at Big Sur at the moment on our honey moon. Arrived to bubbly, beautiful sea view room, entered to a ice cold bottle of cava and truffles. The hotel is incredible and the staff go the extra mile to ensure you're happy. Absolutely over the moon with out hotel choice and would recommend it to all. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay so far!
